Vince Lum provides overall guidance to our business while actively leading several financial advisory, fund creation/management and company creation activities. His specialty is developing strategies, structuring companies, negotiating deals, and helping companies define and drive financeable milestones.
Vince is Chairman of Adnavance Technologies Inc., director of Inovise Taiwan and Metaara Medical Inc. and director and CFO of CardioDigital Inc. Previously, he was Vice President and Venture Partner at MDS Capital Corp, Vice President of the B.C. Medical Innovations Fund and Acting Managing Director at Royal Bank Capital Corporation. Vince brings over 18 years of industry, investment and venture capital experience to our team and holds a M.Sc. in Immunology and an M.B.A from the University of British Columbia.
