Darrell is Chairman and CEO of Virexx Medical Corp and APEX Special Acquisitions Corporation. He was previously Senior Vice President and Managing Director of MDS Capital Corp. and Regional Vice President of Royal Bank Capital Corporation, Mr. Elliott has more than 36 years of international merchant banking, venture capital and analogous operating experience and has been instrumental in founding four investment organizations. Mr. Elliott has extensive board experience and currently serves as a Chairman or Director for several private and public lifesciences companies in Canada and the U.S.
